Functional characteristics of high and low temperature test chamber

1. The grounding resistance between the terminal block of the high and low temperature test box and the middle of the plastic box of the shell shall consider: about 2M Ω in the hot state and about 1M Ω in the hot state (measured with a 500V megger with a degree of 1.0), which can withstand the working voltage test of 50Hz AC current of 1500V and pressure application time of 5s;

2. Thermal insulation materials shall also be heat-resistant and have flame retardant grade. The thermal insulation layer shall be thin and thick enough to ensure that the temperature of the easily touched position outside the high and low temperature test chamber is not higher than 50 ℃ during the high temperature test, and the essence dew is not required in the ultra-low temperature test and when the working temperature is 15 ℃~35 ℃ and the air humidity is ≤ 85%;

3. The difference between the temperature of the inner chamber of the personal working room of the high and low temperature test chamber and the temperature of the indoor space during the work: at the high temperature level, it should not be higher than 3% of the temperature of the high and low temperature test chamber, and at the ultra-low temperature level, it should not be higher than 8% of the temperature of the high and low temperature test chamber;

Heating and cooling of high and low temperature test chamber:

1. Far infrared nickel alloy high speed heating electric heating device is selected for heating.

2. High temperature and ultra-low temperature are completely independent system software, which are mutually harmful.

3. Refrigeration compressor: fully enclosed genuine Dutch Taikang.

4. Cooling method: mandatory air cooling water cooling.

5. Refrigeration method: single (double) system cooling.

6. The relay, oil separator, drying filter, maintenance valve, total refrigerant flow window and liquid reservoir are all imported authentic parts.

7. For dehumidification, the moisture content layer of fan coil of air conditioner evaporator and flow touching dehumidification method are selected.
