1. Check the refrigerant quantity of high and low temperature test chamber

High and low temperature test chamber

The high and low temperature test chamber is suitable for small amount of bubbles according to the liquid microscope observation.

2. Check the quantity and quality of refrigerant oil

Observe the oil sight glass. The oil level is more than 1/2, and the oil color will not change. If abnormal, add or replace it.

3. Ash removal and cleaning of heat exchanger (cooler and air conditioner evaporator)

The cleaning agent used for heat exchanger shall be removed in the high and low temperature test chamber, and the cooler shall be removed with the shell and tube condenser washer.

4. Check the filter screen

If the actual effect of filtering is not good, it needs to be cleaned. The filter screen is clean and has accumulated ash, which is invisible. Clean it with cold water.

5. Check and clean the water drain pan of the air conditioner evaporator

Clean the water tray at the lower side of the evaporator of the air conditioner. After cleaning, the water can be discharged satisfactorily without any water remaining
