The major components of the refrigeration unit of the constant temperature and humidity test box are composed of a refrigeration compressor, a cooler, an air conditioning expansion valve, and an air conditioning evaporator.
1. Air-conditioning evaporator: The whole process of volatilization is based on the bottom-pressure wet vapor intercepted by the air-conditioning expansion valve, and the air-conditioning evaporator releases heat from the surrounding medium for cooling, and gradually increases its moisture content. In that way, the vapor from the air conditioner evaporator has already become dry saturated steam or slightly superheated steam. During the whole process of volatilization of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber, the temperature and working pressure of the refrigerant remain the same.
2. Refrigeration compressor: The temperature and working pressure of the steam from the air-conditioning evaporator after the cooling effect in the whole process of reduction is reduced by the refrigeration unit, and the temperature and working pressure are greatly increased. The vapor discharged from the refrigeration compressor becomes a hot vapor with a high degree of superheat. When the constant temperature and humidity test chamber compresses air, the refrigeration compressor consumes the necessary compression work, but the entropy value of the refrigerant will not change.
3. Cooler: The ultra-high pressure superheated steam discharged from the refrigeration unit in the whole process of cooling, enters the cooler and conducts heat exchanger with cooling circulating water or gas, so that the superheated steam slowly becomes saturated steam, and thus becomes a saturated state liquid. If it is cooled with cooling circulating water, the temperature of the saturated liquid will decrease again, and a low temperature will appear. The work pressure remains the same throughout the whole process of cold suspicion.
4. Air conditioning expansion valve: During the throttling process, the liquid from the cooler passes through the air conditioning expansion valve and is throttled to become wet vapor with ultra-low temperature and bottom pressure. Refrigerant enthalpy will not change during throttling. The above four processes are continuously cycled in turn, so as to achieve the purpose of cooling and cooling.
