The refrigeration and heating temperature control system shall meet the requirements of equipment remote control, control the outlet temperature and outlet flow, and display the return temperature, outlet pressure and flow rate. The equipment adopts a single cycle ethylene glycol antifreeze, which is driven by the circulating pump, through the heater and refrigeration heat exchanger for heat and cold exchange to reach the required temperature.
The equipment is designed as a fully closed pipeline. The ethylene glycol antifreeze is in a closed system with an expansion container. High efficiency plate heat exchanger is adopted to reduce the demand for heat transfer fluid, improve the heat utilization rate of the system, and achieve rapid temperature rise and fall.
The flow regulation is controlled by the circulating pump and the flow regulating valve, fed back to the PLC through the flow sensor, and PID regulates the relevant opening of the flow proportional regulating valve to control the required flow.
The circulating pipeline of the equipment is equipped with a pressure sensor, which transmits the 4~20mA signal to the PLC system to display the current pressure. The refrigeration heating temperature control system unit mainly includes refrigeration compressor, condenser, oil separator, intermediate heat exchanger, circulating pump, drying filter, evaporator, throttling mechanism, heater, expansion system, circulating system, electrical control, etc.
