Key new calibration items

The natural environment temperature and humidity in the high and low temperature test box for metrological verification is mainly used to detect the error, fluctuation and precision of the temperature and humidity. The precision refers to the temperature and humidity difference of each test case at a certain time in the indoor space when the high and low temperature test chamber is stable; Fluctuation refers to the change rate (or change amount) of main parameters with time of indoor space positioning point during work; The error is the detection method of the upper, lower, left and right errors of the actual measured high and low values and the index values of each measuring point in the indoor space during the work (the above measurements are carried out under the condition that the equipment is stable)

1. It shall be carried out under full load of the high and low temperature test chamber. If there is load, the load condition shall be indicated in the qualification certificate;

2. When selecting temperature and humidity points, the upper and lower limits and positioning points of the equipment application scope should be selected (it can also be carried out according to the actual temperature and humidity requirements of customers);

3. The selection of calibration points is usually based on the volume of the inner chamber of the high and low temperature test chamber. When the volume is less than 2m3, there are 9 temperature points and 3 temperature points; If it exceeds 2m3, there should be 15 temperature points and 4 temperature points.
