Function of oil separator in high and low temperature test chamber

1、 The exhaust pipe of the refrigeration compressor in the high and low temperature test chamber contains refrigerant oil. An oil separator is arranged between the refrigeration compressor and the cooler to separate the refrigerant oil carried in the refrigerant steam and return the refrigerant oil to the crankcase of the refrigeration compressor.

2、 Whether the refrigeration unit of the high and low temperature test chamber has sufficient and effective high-quality refrigerant oil will immediately affect its service life. The refrigerant oil enters the refrigeration unit with the refrigerant, especially after it enters the cooler and the air conditioner evaporator, it will produce oil floating on the surface of the heat conduction, which will affect the actual heat transfer effect of the thermal equipment, and it is very easy to cause the oil blockage of the air conditioner expansion valve. If the pump oil of the refrigeration unit is not good, There will be less refrigerant compressor oil, which will cause damage to the solenoid coil of the refrigerant compressor or damage to the engine block. Therefore, the high and low temperature test chamber must be equipped with a reliable oil separator in the refrigeration unit.
