High and low temperature test chamber products have the trend of simulating temperature changes in air pollution. It is mainly aimed at the adaptability test of electric welders, electronic devices and other materials when they are transported and used under the comprehensive environment of high temperature and ultra-low temperature. It is used for product design, evaluation and testing.

Maintenance of high and low temperature test chamber

First of all, in terms of the laboratory environment, it is necessary to select a good installation site, which means that it is the prerequisite for the correct use of the air system by the refrigeration compressor of the high and low temperature series experimental equipment. If the experimental environment of the experimental equipment is not planned in advance as a whole, it is just such a thoughtless result, which will lead to the difficulties in troubleshooting the common faults of the refrigeration compressor in the future and the poor quality of air compression.

1. Since the refrigeration compressor has an air breathing system, if there is a lot of air dust around the equipment, a filtering system should be added. The air is not allowed to contain flammable gas and corrosive gas to prevent explosion or internal rust. On the whole, it is necessary to ensure that the air humidity is low, the ash content is usually small, and the natural ventilation is smooth.

2. The shrinking performance is not suitable for high temperature, and the working temperature is less than 30 ℃. If the temperature is too high, the output air of the refrigeration compressor will be reduced.

3. The high and low temperature test chamber should be placed in a wide place. The narrow space is not conducive to later maintenance and repair. The heat pipe radiator (cooler) of the refrigerator of the refrigeration compressor should be regularly maintained and cleaned.

4. The working voltage in the working environment of the test chamber should be maintained for a long time, which will cause excessive or too small current, and the refrigeration compressor will be damaged if summarized under this condition for a long time.

5. The high and low temperature test chamber shall be built on a hard plastic floor. Before installation, the foundation plan must be leveled to avoid noise caused by vibration of the refrigeration compressor.
