1、 Clean the cooler in time

For laboratories without this standard, appropriate air conditioners or closed cooling towers must be configured.

3、 The management personnel should be technical and professional

Persist in the professional management method of full-time personnel. Enterprises with standards should regularly send full-time personnel to the supplier's processing plant to learn and train, so as to obtain more professional maintenance and repair work experience and ability.

4、 Clean water channel and air humidifier quarterly

Cleaning of water channel and air humidifier; If the water channel is blocked and the air humidifier is easy to burn due to scaling, the air humidifier will be damaged. Therefore, the water channel and air humidifier must be cleaned every quarter.

5、 Clean the air conditioner evaporator quarterly

Clean the air conditioner evaporator quarterly: because the cleaning levels of the weighing samples are different, under the effect of the forced air circulation system, many small particles such as floating dust on the air conditioner evaporator should be cleaned quarterly.

6、 Clean the centrifugal fan of air supply mode blade and condenser quarterly

Cleaning and balancing of centrifugal fan of air supply mode blade and cooler: similar to cleaning of air conditioning evaporator, due to different office environments of environmental test box, there are many small particles such as floating dust on the centrifugal fan of air supply mode blade and cooler, which should be cleaned quarterly.

7、 After the experiment, the work should be sound

Persist in setting the temperature around the working temperature after each experiment, disconnect the switching power supply after 40 minutes of work, and clean the interior of the personal studio.
