Solution to non cooling of high and low temperature test chamber

The use of high and low temperature test chambers is becoming more and more frequent. Assuming that the high and low temperature test chambers do not cool down in the process of application of the system, how to solve this problem? You can test the system process to remove obstacles:

1. Distinguish the current amount of the shrinking generator set. The current amount must reach the rated voltage of the shrinking machine. Assuming that the working voltage is normal and the electric flow does not reach the required value, it indicates that there is a lack of refrigerant.

2. If the high and low temperature test box overlaps the generator sets, check whether both generator sets will work. If each generator set is not working, it should be shut down immediately. Find out the cause of the non working tensioner and analyze and solve it.

3. Check whether the centrifugal fan of the circulating system in the room is working normally. If it is burnt out and does not work, it cannot volatilize normally, so that the temperature cannot be reduced.

4. Distinguish whether there is a working voltage supply and demand balancing tightening machine, for example, whether the communication AC contactor connected to the tightening generator set is closed and the cable connected to the tightening machine is not broken, or whether the connection is not good and whether the differential working voltage reaches the rated current of the tightening machine is necessary.

5. Distinguish whether the compressor in the high and low temperature test chamber is short of refrigerant. Use a barometer to find out whether the working pressure of the compressor is normal when the equipment is working or whether the temperature of the high pressure exhaust pipe of the compressor is affected by the hand. Normally, the temperature should be very high. If double generator sets are used for refrigeration, it is necessary to distinguish that the compressor is short of refrigerant.

6. Check whether the heat pipe radiator fan of the cooler is working, and whether the brake of the heat pipe radiator fan is normal? During normal operation, the wind frequency should exceed the external blowing.
