Cleaning method of constant temperature and humidity test chamber

The cleaning methods of constant temperature and humidity test chamber are summarized as follows:

1. Clean the appearance of the environmental test chamber with cold water, and clean the pavement around and at the bottom of the enclosure at any time;

2. After removing and cleaning the residues (objects) inside the personal working room of the environmental test chamber, the air drying of the shell shall be carried out to maintain the dryness of the shell;

3. The refrigeration unit is the key to the JOOWAY constant temperature and humidity test box. Try to check all T2 copper tubes for leakage, all functional connectors and electric welding interfaces. If there is any oil leakage, it must be solved immediately;

4. The cooler should be clean. The dust sticky cooler will trip the high pressure switch of the refrigeration compressor and cause false alarm. Use a wireless cleaner to remove the dust adhered to the heat pipe heat dissipation wire mesh of the cooler, or use a hard brush after startup, or use a high-pressure air valve nozzle to blow clean the dust;

5. The constant temperature and humidity test box shall be used to check the power circuit disconnector and overheating protection device, and show the tested products of the machine and the safety maintenance of its operator;
